Group fitness classes are at the heart of what we do here. We pride ourselves on offering a range of classes for all fitness types, age groups and abilities. Our supportive trainers offer a wealth of experience and knowledge delivering circuits which are challenging, interactive and an extremely fun way to get fit.

STrength

What is it?
A fun and challenging workout combining strengthening exercises, resistance work and a focus on technique. Expect to play with resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls and your own body weight.

What does it do?
Increases lean muscle mass, tones the body, strengthens the core, improves fitness and burns calories long after you finish your class. 

How will I feel?
Strong, capable and ready to take on the world!


boxing

What is it?
With a focus on technique, our boxing classes are guaranteed to raise your heart rate and provide a fantastic combination of cardio and strength. Join in the fun whilst we supply all the gloves, pads and inners. Don't be afraid to come on your own, we will always have a partner here for you!

What does it do?
Increases your heart health and lung capacity, strengthens and tones the arms, upper back and core, decreases body fat and is ALWAYS a good laugh.

How will I feel?
Fitter, stronger, more co-ordinated and less stressed.

Boxing - Alfred

What is it?
Our circuit class is a mix of everything we’re about here at ProSport. A time-based workout where you’ll move through different stations, ranging from strength-based movement, HIIT drills, boxing and everything in between.

What does it do?
Tones the entire body, strengthens the core, improves fitness and oxygen efficiency and reduces overall body fat.

How will I feel?
Sweaty and satisfied.


HIIT - Alfred

What is it?
Always different, always fast paced, our HIIT classes are all about teamwork, fun and pushing yourself. Get ready for battle ropes, assault bikes, rowing machines, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and your own body weight. Don’t worry though, we cater to ALL fitness levels and age groups.

What does it do?
Reduces body fat, tones the entire body, strengthens the core, improves fitness and oxygen efficiency and burns calories.

How will I feel?
Sweaty, full of energy and ready to book into your next class!


Yoga - Alfred

What is it?
From Vinyasa, to Yin, to relaxation, we have it all. Our yoga sessions will help you stay grounded throughout your busy life.

What does it do?
Increases flexibility, muscle strength and tone, improves respiration, energy and vitality, helps maintain a balanced metabolism, improves athletic performance and helps protect you from injury.

How will I feel?
Relaxed, focused and ready to attack the next part of your day.


Floor Pilates - Alfred

Floor Pilates

What is it?
Mat Pilates exercises help strengthen the body's core by developing pelvic and scapula stability, and abdominal control, using focused breathing patterns. Mostly based around your body weight, don’t be surprised to see little pieces of equipment used such as resistance bands, weight plates and blocks.

What does it do?
Improves flexibility, body balance, spinal support and low back health, increases muscle tone and sports performance and allows for a better body-mind awareness.

How will I feel?
You will feel the ‘burn’. Be ready for soreness in your legs and abdominals the next day!


Alfred Health - Running Group

What is it?
Open to all ages and capabilities, we have a number of different sessions available covering everything from intervals, hills, distance runs or an easy trot! 

What does it do?
Increases your heart health and lung capacity, strengthens and tones your legs, decreases body fat and depending on your running goals we can get you running a local 5km fun run or a World Major full marathon.

How will I feel?
Accomplished, challenged and left with the all-important “runners high”


personal training

What is it?
One on one training (or two on one if you want to bring a friend) with specific personalized goals for you and your training ambitions.

What does it do?
Our trainers will personalise your program to your goals, be that a specific race, a sport, general weight loss or strength goals. It's a fantastic stepping stone to new members a little apprehensive to jump straight into classes or those looking for a little more focus.

How will I feel?
Challenged, confident, stronger and fitter.
